TurboTax Business is very efficient!

TurboTax Business is great. So easy to use, even for a beginner! When you are confused by terminology there is usually a link right there to explain things in plain language. With the downloaded Fed edition you can also download state. The charges are so minimal. Never pay a CPA to do this. We did last year for the first year of business and guess what software they used?

A few peeves with 1120C

Program should default NOL forms from prior years. I feel like I have to do it each year.
It recognized that I should do a balance sheet because New York State requires it. Yet it wouldn't prompt me to complete it. But in the review prior to transmitting returns it recognized that the Opening Inventory didn't match the (uncompleted) balance sheet and there was no way to override it. I was stuck in a loop and no way to get past it. Had to go into Forms view and complete the Federal Balance Sheet. I hope it will suffice for NYS too.

Cumbersome crap, can't run on Mac OS and have to pay more and more every year.
Next year I switch to something else. It is literally almost as much as paying an accountant for what is a trivial return. Not worth it.

It would be helpful if TurboTax Business had the ability to grab 1099-B data from my brokerage electronically vs my having to type the numerous pages of data into the program. Manual data entry is tedious and error prone.
