Lots of time consuming inadequacies

Intuit doesn't bother to maintain this version. All sorts of weaknesses compared to the personal version. Examples: download of brokerage account info, maintain data on forms between reviews, lots of stupid usability issues.

Frustrating program updates

Program will not update when opened. I get a microsoft installer 1603 code. The only way to around the installer code is to delete the program and reinstall it. What a waste of time

Won't eFile

I've allowed pop-ups, cleared cache and cookies and did all per the TurboTax help site to no avail. I still had to print both the Fed and State returns and mail them. This is a recurring problem. Why use TurboTax if I can't eFile?

You never fix the bugs

I use TurboTax to file a few Form 1041s for Simple Trusts for which I pay a lot of money for your software. Each year I report bugs and each year the same bugs are still in the software. I cannot change or edit the beneficiary - very simple - but it does not work. Or it changes temporarily and then goes back to the original beneficiary list. In order to change this, I had to generate a completely new tax form. Crazy.
