TurboTax Business is too difficult to use

I use TurboTax Premier and, compared to it, TurboTax Business is difficult to use, does not provide as much information and direction, and the inability to import data from financial institutions creates substantial more work.

Oklahoma Fiduciary Tax Return needs attention

Found several mistakes in the Oklahoma Fiduciary Return. For example, the entries for state estimated tax payments say that the first payment was due 06/15/2021 (when, in fact, the first payment for the first Oklahoma estimated tax payment was due last year on 04/15/2022). Also, the entries for "Oklahoma Source" income are very confusing. Oklahoma has exemptions for dividends from Oklahoma Sources...but the software doesn't automatically transfer over the amounts from federal that SHOULD be taxed in Oklahoma. The federal software is great, though!

TurboTax Is Easy to Use

I thought TurboTax was easy to use, although my return was pretty simple. It was clear where the various income and expense items should be entered in most cases. I do think free state electronic filing should be included in the purchase price, though.

The intuit CS is probably one of the best I have ever encountered, as they are nice, they listen and ask questions. This was the first time I had used TurboTax for my 1065 filing and it took less than an hour.

Wish QBO Businesses Could Transfer Last Year's

For the most part, Turbo Tax for S-Corp is great; however, I do wish that you would make it that I don't have to purchase a QB desktop version to be able to transfer last year's info. Having to input it manually is a pain and can create errors on my part. When will you get QBO customers aligned with your desktop folks?

Turbo Tax Business - STILL fails Mass Trust Taxes

Turbo Tax Business STILL fails to properly to Massachusetts Trust Taxes properly without a manual override in the forms view. I have reported the problem for the last three years, yet Turbo Tax seems to ignore the report and never fixes the problem. They also never acknowledge the issue thus don't seem to care what we say. In the end, I could still file the trust taxes but only because I know how to manually modify the forms to show that 100% of income was distributed to beneficiaries via Schedule K-1 thus there is no taxable income for the trust.
