Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I've had my taxes done professionally and the questions are almost the same so it's no harder than preparing for your accountant.

e-file a little difficult to find files to attach.
I manually entered the file location and program said they were attached. But they were not and I couldn't complete the e-file. Later I figured out that I had to click on find file.

Loved using Turbo Tax this year and only had one issue with the state tax software download in which the Turbo Tax tech assisted and resolved the issue.

Turbo Tax for Trusts

This software is very clunky and isn't intuitive like the individual Turbo Tax edition. The help didn't work for me at all. I didn't need one of the forms, and yet Turbo Tax wouldn't submit my tax return unless I corrected something in a form that I didn't need. Next year I may go for an alternate way of doing this return - especially with the price of this product over $100. I'm not satisfied.
