Mostly Easy to Use

Very well designed and works great. Some areas of normal tax issues hard to find. But the support is Spectacular! Hardly any wait on the phone and they have people who know their stuff and get you set back up in no time.

Have used it for many years. Wish it was a little easier to ask questions about difficult topics when a tax year is different.

My review is Mixed

This is the first time I used TurboTax Business. I had to because I could not do a Special Needs Trust with the Home & Business version. It was very limited as to the financial institutions I could download my information. They had no way that I could find to get into Merrill Lynch where my trust is located, so I had to enter all my information manually. It also took me quite a while to find how to list it as a Special Needs Trust.

Turbo Tax Business if great except...

I use Turbo Tax for my business and personal taxes for a decade at least. The only gripe is with the business one when asked for a needed form such as the NOL worksheet I have to go find it and create the file. It would be great wen a required form is needed the program knows where it is and it should have it ready when it askes for it. Otherwise well done.

Not a software for everyone

I have used this software to prepare my simple rental tax return. My information is very simple, but the product makes it complicated and difficult to understand.
