Terrible Produce

Very little effort is given to keeping this product updated. Spent 5 hours over 3 days simply trying to change address of Trust and Trustee. Directed by tech support staff for "work around". Same with some 1099 Rs that were received; clunky work around

My return was delayed because an update was done at the last minute. Please add push notifications for the desktop app so that we know when we should update.

I enjoyed using turbotax. I only once had to go directy to the forms to mark skip tax. That was not part of the dialogue.

Program is not complete - Like Kind Exchange is a

I am very disappointed to experience that the program interview does not respond when prompted regarding a like kind exchange of property. Form 8824 exists but the step by step process does not work

TT for Business. We are an S Corp for Federal Return; and a Corp for NJ State (NOT an S Corp.) 4 years ago or so I mistakenly purchased the NJ - S corp. I corrected my error and now only buy and download NJ State Corp. However, at the very end of preparing the state taxes and I am on the ready to efile page states are listed as 1):New Jersey and another one 2) New Jersey. There is no indication as to which return I have prepared or which New Jersey is for an S. I spent over an hour with a specialist today. She had to work with another person, I think. They could NOT remove the S New Jersey. The specialist worked hard on this (Andrea), but in the end she just had to tell me the NJ Corp was at the top of the list. Can't this be fixed -- designate that it is for an S corp. By the way, "remove states" never worked because I had never paid for the NJ S Corp State . So why is it listed under eFile?

Turbotax is FRUSTRATING

Turbotax would not import good Quickbooks data files and would not e-file returns due to a valid Business Activity Code that it didn't like. Customer support continued to refer me to Quickbooks and then Quickbooks would refer me back to Turbotax. This occurred 4 times. I finally gave up and did everything manually. Really, really poor.

TurboTax Business for filing trust taxes

TurboTax business was very helpful for filing trust taxes. It would be better if it offered a specific way to enter 1099-R information. The community forum provided the help I needed to deal with the 1099-R's.

Turbotax Business is not quite up to snuff

I use both TurboTax Business and TurboTax Premium Premium has so many excellent features that Business does not. Primarily the ability to download 1099 info. And Business edition efiling is weird - it gave me errors and said I had to fill out other forms but no where in the system does it have instructions on how to fill it out. So I file and cross my fingers that I've done it correctly.
