nothing but trouble trying to process with the CD

I've had major issues trying to load the CD this year. Still unable to process the State - I've paid for it and it shows that it's been downloaded..... try to process and I go right back to download.

Not as happy as last year

The forms that came up when I needed to complete a NYC Corporate return (NYC 3) did not appear as part of the download.
I spent hours trying to work around this. Eventually, I found those forms -incorrectly assigned- under the NYC S-Corp module.
I had to complete manually information that was expected to be pre-loaded.
In addition, while the check before submitting the tax returns showed no errors, during the printout process I'm seeing a note that indicates that there are errors in the report.

Turbo Tax Federal is awesome, states suck

"Most" of the federal info transfers to the state returns, but when it does not it is virtually impossible to enter the missing info manually. TT knows the info is missing, even told me the amount that should be entered, but WILL NOT LET YOU ENTER. So no e-file, but a paper filing

Frustrating Quirks

Wasn't told I would have to purchase my state additionally until I got there. Couldn't file because system was demanding form 502A which does not apply to me - ultimately deleted the form in files so I could submit.

Cost efficient option for sole member LLC

Made a great savings this year with this product as I was using an accountant and paying $400. Worked great for my small business. As long as you have your accounting in order it is very easy to navigate. Had a couple of issues but I was able to find how to correct them. The only problem I encountered was with cash donations as I was not able to receive the deduction. I filed anyway as it did not make a huge difference, but couldn't find an answer to my inquiry anywhere.
