TurboTax Business is Very Good

The software is great for all types of company & Estate returns. And it generates to complicated K-1's in the process.
The only problems I run into is when the IRS adds some new information requirement, or TurboTax (TT) adds a feature.
Not sure what triggered it, but TT had a new Shareholder Basis worksheet for S-Corp's this year. That's positive, so the company and each shareholder would not need to calculate it manually, using data from the K-1 that TT generates anyway.
But as with most new features (or requirements) there is an inconsistency with the IRS Guidelines on how to calculate the Tax Basis.
I haven't found the answer as to who is right - but the TT Tax Experts are trying to help me find out the correct way to calculate it.

TTax for 1065 is pretty reasonable, mostly

I've done this for MANY years. This year the software accidentally turned on form M2 (balance sheet), and also created another spurious form with no data on it, 199A. Sad. BUT, it got the job done.

Harder to use than necessary. The e-file electronic mail stamp shouldn't be impossible to find.
