It's got some issues

It's slightly glitchy. You would actually need a tax specialist to correct the glitch. However Turbo tax treats a small corporate business owner as some giant money maker and so it will not give support.

PPP-related error and experts clueless

Great product, but needs a couple fixes

Just like last year I had to struggle with why the GA state return added form IT-FC and kept failing the 'check entries' test, even though I'm not at all sure why I was prompted for the IT-FC form. Finally Googled it and found that I had to manually delete the form in the Forms View in order to get rid of it and pass the final 'check entries' test. Also, it pulled an invalid Business Code from my last year return. TT is supposed to know details like this and should prompt me while I'm doing the return instead of waiting to fail the 'check entries' test at the end.

Mostly good but could

There could be a little more instruction on TurboTax business for items like the Balance Sheet. Accumulated Depreciation is also confusing and could use some more detailed help. Turbotax filing for my 1040 has always been a breeze. Business feels a little more stresful.

The hardest part was finding out how to purchase the version of Turbo Tax that I needed. Wish that Turbo Tax would download from QuickBooks Online.

Turbo Tax Needs Work

Every year I complaign that I have to delete the Viriginia Form 502A, in order to pass the Virginia tax return error check. This form should not be part of my return.
Every year I have to manually enter the ending capital and assets from the previous year, in order to get Schedules M1 and M2 to balance. Since i use Turbo Tax Business to create my partnership return, and use Turbo Tax Deluxe to create my personal return, I should not have to take this manual step. The information should be autiomatically imported.
This year, for the first time, I had to delete a partner in my partnership return. It was a harrowing experience, ultimately requiring 2 hours on the phone with a Turbo Tax specialist in order to make it work within the software, and get rid of the 8 errors spawed. It should not be this difficult to remove a partner from a partnership.
