Won't take inline quickbooks

Downloaded Turbo tax business on computer but it wouldn't connect to Quickbooks 2019 pro desktop. Then tried to connect to a Quickbooks online account and would not do that either. Hours on the phone and no one could help at either company even though they are all owned by the same company. Had to enter info manually into Turbo Tax.

NAICS codes changed - when trying to efile, SEVERAL codes were tried yet NONE were accepted.

This program seams convoluted to me. I found it easier to go to the forms and fill out the information than use the step by step.

Turbo tax for buisness makes it easy to do this

I could not do my taxes without this product. Our taxes for our buisness are pretty simple yet the tax preperation is complicated and turbo tax makes it a mostly painless process. I still would like to see a web version for business and easier to efile (without having to print out things). This year there wasn't any weird errors I had to fix like prior years so that was good.
