Not good. The product felt cludgy as compared with last year. Purchased the state return with this business return and it is a disaster. I was forced to re-purchase.

Awesome Experience

Fast, easy, and much easier to do the following tax year! TurboTax was a huge help, as it walked me through everything I needed to know about each section and explained all parts to me in further detail. Very simple and easy to use, would highly recommend.

I'm still super confused about QBI and whether depreciation amount would need to go into the adjustment field for property UBIA. I ended up backing up and marking my business as not a qualified business. I'm only in my 2nd year so i'm still reporting a loss but it's something that really needs to be explained well enough to be able to make a decision when I do report a profit next year. Besides that section, everything was slightly confusing compared to how simple doing my personal returns using Turbotax online is. but it's done and it didn't cost me $600 to do it so thank you!

This year's filing with you was a complete nightmare. It used to be easy but QuickBooks and TurboTax have made it easier and more cost effective to hire someone.
