Turbotax State - Waste of Money for IL

I feel silly that I bought State for IL. I could have easily copied the information, especially since I have to mail the forms in anyway. Intuit should have had the courtesy to tell customers prior to purchasing that e-file would not be an option.

TurboTax Business is a ripoff. Virtually no ability to download info from Brokerage or Banking sites. No running tally of tax owed in banner. Costly software and lacks the functionality of the basic TurboTax products.

Very Confusing If You Miss a Step and Need to Redo

I missed importing my data from my last year's TurboTax return and could not get back to fix, so had to start over with a new return, but then I lost the StateTax Addon that I had already paid for and had to buy it a second time. Even tech support couldn't figure out how to fix this! Now I have to go back and deal with Intuit to try to get a refund for the duplicate state addon. Also very confusing when federal is an e-file, but state has to be mailed. Doesn't give an option to print state so had to back up through steps to print out the state forms I need to mail It ended up printing so much duplications.
Other complaints - doesn't import from QuickBooks Online and the TurboTax Business doesn't come in a Mac version like the others.

When all data in Quickbooks are accurate, why does Turbo Tax Business keeps complaining about balance sheet not matching? Fix it.

Turbo Tax for business

difficult to make corrections, especially dealing with an ownership change. had to delete member's data multiple times to get the checked boxes to stop auto-filling. Final K-1 for the exiting member didn't show the proper final % for profit, loss or ownership (should have been 0%) even though the K-1 worksheet showed it as 0%. maybe a bug in the program.

Turbo Tax saved me so much time and money

Using Turbo Tax Business allowed me to easily complete both a 1065 and 1120-S for my businesses. It was so much cheaper than if I had hired someone to complete them for me.
