Download Is Great Cloud Is Nightmare

Whenever using cloud I get logged out every 3 minutes if not more, it confuses business with personal, there's never any support online, it's hard to just do your taxes. Desktop works great for many years.

Overpriced, clunky, poor online support.

Was not satisfied w/ TurboTax Business/Corporate. Not sure why they make you download the CD/PC version and you can't upload everything online. Forms are hard to follow and explanations aren't that useful/helpful, fairly inconsistent.

TT Business is missing key features
on March 14, 2023

2 Stars because it completed my LLC form and efiled it. TT Business edition is missing a MacOS version! As a result, I had to get additional software to prepare my taxes. Also, TT Business lacks support for Quickbooks Online. It was aggravating to spend time with QB asking if it would work with TT, only to find out it doesn't, and wasted money for no reason. This was also frustrating as I spent much time putting info into QB only to do it again in TT. It is not as polished as the Home and Business edition. TT Business felt very clunky and having to manually enter data into a form, vs asking me questions feels like a mistake waiting to happen.

Still needs work

Why do i have to input my data on the first screen every year? Import from Quickbook is too late in step - should be before distribution question. Making MA state interest income show up in the right place is to hard.
