basically good-smarts needed if not simple

features work! have to add foreign tax manually to form-no advice was found under help/online message board. used with k1,1099 income/deductions..used for 2 LLC entities. 1) problem when ready to efile 2 days after completion-would not read file-its on a onedrive backup directory so i had to move it to a directory on hard drive per online recommendation. but it worked with onedrive after that. that error makes no sense. 2) problem when getting updates-says network bad (had simultaneous web action and an ipad going and problem efile (but that may be as on 3/13---2 days before deadline so both issues are on the intuit/turbotax network end!

Overall the TurboTax software is helpful but not without bugs. I think the user experience can be improved a bit more. It would be good to analyze issue from a UI/UX perspective for continuous improvements to this software.

Turbo Tax for Business Needs Work

I completed 3 partnership returns. Quickbooks got all three of them wrong. I had to manually go into the forms to correct them. Somehow it could not calculate the % of beginning equity for each partner causing the ending equity to also be wrong. Once I manually corrected it all was good.

Quite helpful and thorough, but it could use more tips to complete difficult / less common situations. The lack of Mac OS support is frustrating.
