Pretty decent tax software

This year I felt like they're putting the burden of getting answers on your yourself. I found many items where I wanted an answer or explanation FROM the software (mind you this year cost me about 40% more), but you click help, it send you to the website, not even to the specific item, just send you to the website, period. And some other instances, it says look at the IRS publication to get the correct information.

Turbo tax for trust

OK experience. Turbo tax for business isn't equipped to import investment information from most institutions. That's a real bummer because it requires manually entering all sales transactions which is tedious, error prone and time consuming. You'd think for what the software costs, you'd be able to import the data. The investment company is prepared on its end. This is an INTUIT issue.

Problem with Final Wrap

For the last two years I have had a problem preventing me from filing electronically. When you perform your first error check the system has you enter the PR, his name, address & Phone #. When you prepare to file the review tells you to take out all that info. When you ask for the next final review it asks you to put that info back in, try again & you take it out...

Easy, but should be easier!

I've been using TT for years. I switched to QBO thinking it would seamlessly integrate with TT...but NO, it still doesn't. Will you smart guys ever fix TT so one can import data from QBO???

Room for Improvement

TurboTax Business - for Ptshps, S-Corps, Estates, Trusts, etc. - A decent program if you're a tax pro (though if you are, you're probably using a different program) but if you're not, there is insufficient resources within the program's Help sections to complete the return without a lot of external research.
