Turbotax worked Well But,,,

Turbotax Business moved thru the process well until I got to the 1099 B and entering stock sales data. The program only provided for entering each sale individually.and not a summary for each category like Turbotax Deluxe provides. I had to go to the forms and do it.

QBO Online Transfer of Data

Quickbooks Online needs to be included in accounting data that should be able to be transferred just like the desktop version.

state version of TT business is difficult

TT should prompt to print state forms that cannot be efiled. Instead it just says "congratulations, you are done with filing!" Only I am not done, and finding all of the necessary state documents is very difficult. It also did not have the correct business code number on my state form. It did not match the code on my federal form. It was nearly impossible to change it manually.

Very Good but Room for Improvement

Very good, but some of the language can be more descriptive. Some of the language wasn't descriptive enough for a new company owner filing the taxes for the first time. The help section wasn't very helpful and should have had more examples.

Lots of glitches this year

Been using TurboTax for Business ten years now. Thare are always a few things it asks me to fill in after the review for errors. This year there were 39 though! and 38 of them were asking me to put a dollar amount for regular tax/AMT for assests that are not only old, but 20 years after purchase and have long been completely depreciated. Really time consuming and frustrating. And there were no "helps" to open to understand what/why it was asking for it. Speaking of the "helps" that you can click on to get more information, some are actually helpful, but many just restate the same thing again without giving definitions or explanations that could be helpful. I also feel that the QBI entries and explanations need improvement as they are quite skimpy and require that I do a lot of research on my own to understand what is being asked.

Turbo tax AGAIN

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. Doing Taxes today would be impossible without software like Turbo Tax. Regrettably it has gotten pricey. The only improvement that I would suggest would be a mapping between forms and the step-by-step, so if you were in forms you could backtrack with a ckick to the step by step to the page that described what to input
