Trust Turbo Tax for personal and LLC tax for years

Program updates take more time than tax prep

Intuit uses their own operating environment which seems to be different than most Windows programs. After installing and using the program a couple times, updates failed with error 1603. I rebooted, shut down other applications including antivirus, and no matter what the update process would not work until i re-installed turbotax. I had to reinstall it three separate times to complete my taxes. The problem there is that you cannot USE THE PRODUCT unless you can successfully update the product. I literally spent more hours of my time installing/rebooting/uninstalling/updating Turbotax Business than i did actually entering the data for returns. Then when i went to pay for my state return, the payment form (in Intuit's proprietary browser) would not accept my payment information. The continue button would not become available until I typed data in every single box in the form, even if it was already prepopulated by Intuit. The entire product seems like it was written by idiots who know nothing about making a program user friendly.

Had to buy a new laptop to use TurboTax For 1065

Turbo Tax Business does not offer software for the Mac Book. For prior year I used HR Block which was rather clunky. Broke down and bought a Windows Laptop to use Turbo Tax Business and it was much easier to use.

Can't import previous return or 1099's. AWFUL

TurboTax Business does not support importing data from previous years return. Nor does it support importing 1099 forms , K1 forms, etc from brokerage firm. This capability is basic to all other versions of TurboTax (that are less expensive). Why is it omitted from TT Business? I will look for alternatives next year.
