Needs to have inspirational and relaxing quotes...

Just a suggestion, having inspirational quotes or relaxing statements, would help us become less crossed eyed during tax season. Pretty easy to use, just remember to breath and take it slow!

Easy to use - but where are my forms?

Turbotax is consistently easy to use, which is why I turn to it every year. HOWEVER, it seems like every year, it takes longer and longer for the MA state forms to become available for use. I'm required to file by 3/15, and the forms weren't available until 3/10. Get it together, Intuit.

TurboTax keeps getting worse

I've been using TurboTax personal and business from probably about 15 years now and I'm getting very close to giving up and finding another product, there has to be something less bad out there somewhere! More and more, turbotax hides important options and I have to switch into forms mode to do my taxes correctly. I'm sure they are trying to simplify, but in taxes accuracy is much more important than simplicity, and they make being accurate VERY hard. There are also fields that just don't show up on the step by step mode but then the error check complains they are blank. Turbotax also keeps putting nonrecourse debt by default into recourse debt and then I have to change it manually in form view. The online turbotax simply cannot handle my tax needs - the downloadable version still can, albeit barely, but they make you hunt for that on their web site. All in all, the only thing keeping me here is inertia and maybe soon I'll make the effort to find something better. I keep hoping turbotax will get better, it was actually good a long time ago, but so far it's actually just getting a little worse every year.

Not easy to use doesnt interface with quickbooks

Spent days trying to get it to interface with my quickbooks talked to mulitple people before figuring out it doesnt interface with online. Balanced my taxes on paper over and over easlity spent several days trying to get it to balance in this system.

Does the Job

The help profile on this product is week compared to the personal tax program. There's no online assistance and if you don't have an accounting background you'll still get stumped on a number of questions. Overall it still did the job at home.
