I love using TurboTax for both my business and personal taxes. Their step-by-step approach makes it very easy to do, and quick as well. I've been using TurboTax for years, and I come back every year.

i can never get it to pull information from previous years. when i attempt to upload the prior year from file it states that it can't be found. i have to re-enter everything which is cumbersome.

It was easy to file for me. I do not understand all of the terminology and made the process simple. When my information did not balance out, the support person helped me resolve that difference. Was happy with the product this year.

1. when printing the GA tax return to mail - only lists the 1st 2 lines of the address - City, State and Zip. No worries - I looked it up
2. Form 8825 on my Partnership Return lists the 5th property's address under E - but the income & expenses in column F. Hope I don't get audited from this mistake!

Not what i expected

For the first time, Turbo Tax didn't live up to my expectations. Trying to complete a Trust/Estate return, One of the states was not available for download so it had to be completed manually. Working several hours with tech support and several CPA/Tax Experts couldn't resolve the problem. Help section was incorrect.Very disappointing.
