the K-1 was wrong and last years transfer for 2021 did not work. caused a LOT of issues at review final and went around in circles for an hour trying to 'trick' Turbo Tax...

not user friendly

We needed to borrow a friend's an old computer to run windows 10, didn't know that prior to purchasing. It was a nightmare, not user friendly. If you really want to help small businesses, you should have online video calls with someone who can do it for you.

TurboTax made it easy to do my business taxes

Doing my partnership business taxes with TurboTax was a cinch. The program led me through the steps using language that was accessible and comprehendable. I will say that it really helped to have all my documentation collected in a spreadsheet. Then I was able to plug in the totals in the appropriate places. With the addition of Audit Defense there are no worries. I've had occasion to use Audit Defense several times in the past and I achieved a good outcome - relatively painlessly - each time. It's good to know that tax provessionals have your back.

As always, TurboTax made filing my LLC tax paperwork easy. The program walked me through each step and form, explained where I needed to enter new or updated information, and completed multiple checks before telling me I was ready to submit. Will definitely use again next year.

VERY BUGGY

Used TurboTax Business for rental properties with a partnership change. I've been using TurboTax for years and never have I ever experienced so many bugs and issues and hours upon hours upon hours of trying to work through the issues and on the phone with customer support. They ultimately said they couldn't figure it out and I have to file manually. So incredibly frustrating.

Program is amazing. Taxes are complicated but TurboTax always simplifies where it can. I know it's hard to get all the states to get there acts together, but having the forms available so late is a hassle.
