Finally Done

I had quite an ordeal with the balancing on the M-1 between Book and Tax Return. But with the help of a very nice Agent named Fran, he was able to get me through it and I Finally finished my return and e-filed it. Thanks Turbo you got me through another Corp year.

primitive, lacks capability to download financials

I use TT Business for Trust's returns, and TT Premier for personal. The Business software lacks the simple capability to download financial data from brokerage. Frankly, if NY State did not require e-filing, I would never buy this program. TT Premier is much better. Kinks and glitches in Premier are mostly worked out. The TT Business software feels like it is incomplete.

Turbo Tax software was corrupt this year

I loaded the software and started the return. After W-2 and 1099, the software would NOT continue the tax return. I lost all my data and I will need to start all over with only a few days to get it filed! I have used Turbo Tax for some 30 years and this is my first problem! I am shocked!

A waste of money and not helpful at all !

they ended up losing my files and could not E-File. So i went thru the process again and they still couldn't e-File so I ended up printing it and finding the address online

Long time user - now disappointed

Disappointed in Intuit. I have been using QuickBooks and TurboTax for 20 years. This is the first year TurboTax does not support importing from an older desktop QuickBooks version and forces an upgrade. In the TurboTax advertising, product details, and purchase process that I looked at, this important fact was not disclosed. Failing to import came up about 8 screens into TurboTax's workflow after launch.

THIS YEAR WAS A NIGHTMARE FILING. CHANGES TO THE SOFTWARE MADE IT MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO COMPLETE THE ENTRIES. AFTER OVER 24 YEARS IT IS TIME TO CHANGE.
