Fixes are necessary to TurboTax Business

I thought the partnership has a very simple tax return for 2022, however, I ran into several challenges using TurboTax to file Form 1065 and to generate Schedule K-1 for the partners.
- There is no straight forward way to enter "foreign tax paid". The work around is to tell TurboTax the partnership received a Schedule K-1, which the partnership did not, and enter "foreign tax paid" from there.
- In addition, the partnership received Form 1099-B and has long/short term capital gains with basis reported to the IRS. TurboTax allows me to enter the gains at the summary level and to select "gains were reported to the IRS". However, it keeps marking the "basis was not reported to the IRS" and the gains were placed in the wrong row in Form 8949, it generated.

Glitches, Errors and Confusion

Used the desktop download version of Turbo Tax Business to complete a trust return. The user interface is simple and pretty easy to follow. Made it all the way to efile when it crashed and didn't save any of my work. On the second time around it kept flagging for an error that had to be resolved to efile but the "Form View" interface makes it nearly impossible to identify the problem, much less resolve it. Having to mail in my returns as a result. Not sure if it is going to withdrawal my tax payments from the bank information I provided or if I will have to write a check... no way to know or find out.

Took less than 2 hours to enter new data for 2022 taxes. This makes at least 6 years using TurboTax Business without any problems
