I used to think it was impossible

I didn't think I could ever understand corporate tax requirements enough to dare to do our business taxes on our own, but when we lost our (outside) accountant during the pandemic, we had to figure out a way around it. We couldn't find a new firm that would just take our QuickBooks and do our taxes; everyone we found wanted service contracts and especially after COVID, we just couldn't afford the costs. With TurboTax's guidance, I actually feel really good about the whole process and confident with our results

Less user-friendly

I've been using TurboTax for years! It used to be extremely user friendly, but now, it requires a little more knowledge. The laws have changed and its a bit more challenging than it once was.
