Always a hiccup

Irina Hill was amazing! I could not have completed my Business tax returns without her CPA accounting expertise.
The link between QuickBooks and Turbo Tax needs some work. I had to manually enter all info myself.
When I call in for assistance -- half the time I would be transferred over to the personal tax group, instead of the Business Tax Group (frustrating).
I was just informed that Turbo Tax has the wrong email address for me on file and that maybe someone has tried to steal my identity :-(

Solid program. The last mile is rough...

Like any Turbotax product it holds your hand through the easy parts but is less than intuitive when you hit a rough patch. For example, a help screen may give tell you what form you need to access to solve an issue; but that form isn't on the list of forms in the return and help doesn't indicate how you might navigate there.This baby will lead you most of the way there but then the rest seems up to you...

I have been using Turbo Tax for years to do all my tax return. I found out it is easy and helpful to do the work by follow the instruction.

I tried to import the information from last year to make this year easier and it said the file I saved (pdf) wouldnt import. It's so frustrating and takes way longer than it should.

A few TurboTax program errors

Overall a good experience but I found a few entries needed to be overridden because they pulled from the wrong field. I've been using this program to file my brother's Trust for several years now and although it has improved a great deal, I've learned what to look for in my review.

This products is significantly worse than the online personal tax product. The help functions could be more specific and the capital contribution adjustment section is confusing.
