I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 20 years. I find the newest version to be harder to maneuver and more intended for neophytes who don't want to think. Some of the problems I had were.1) unable to preview tax returns before getting into the filing stages, 2) unable to get a paper copy to file without going through efile, and 3) lack of addresses on where to file documents. Also, some instructions on the filing instructions were unclear and I am unsure how to proceed. Finally, I was forced to buy a state tax return even though I'm pretty sure this investment club doesn't need to file for state taxes since there is no reportable income.

Overall good program. Biggest problem California 541 form not able to be efiled!!!!
NO REASON FOR INTUIT NOT TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LACK OF SERVICE CONSIDERING THE COST OF THE PROGRAM AND NO STATE SERVICE. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR TY2023.
