Could not load from the CD. Had to download from TurboTax. Could not print out any copies of Federal return. Suggested that we load as PDF, however would not accept PDF command. Were not able to print ANY of our work. Will not use TurboTax next year and I feel that you should refund our purchase price of $40 due to all these issues. Have used TurboTax for the last 4 years and never before had any problems!! Did not use the product update feature due to the fact that is was an un-secured website.
