Cannot purchase using home country credit card!

I'm a long time overseas American (>30 years) who is forced to do US annual tax returns despite little connection to the US. Turbo Tax is adequate for my complex filing but it burns me to no end that Intuit will not accept a "foreign" credit card where I no longer maintain a credit card in the USA. It forces me to use a US resident family member to purchase this on my behalf. In this age of world-wide commerce, would you please fix this?!!

I've been usin g TurboTax for over 25 years and it has never failed to perform even with complicated tax issues.
