MY EXPERIENCE WAS SIMILAR TO PAST USAGE. QUESTIONS ARE WELL WRITTEN AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. WITH ANY PC PROGRAM, SOME INTUITIVENESS IS REQUIRED, BUT IT IS MINIMAL WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Have been using Turbo Tax since 1999. Best tool for filing taxes. Allows for fast processing of tax detail. Help guides provided necessary assistance for our return. Software always available at local retail shops. Never any issues with IRS for our returns.

Easy process!

I guess someone got my refund last year, because it never came to us and we didn't hear anything from the IRS to indicate anything except that it was accepted. This year I was a little more careful in filling out my information.

I have had some situations that I found rather tricky to handle. I am a CPA but my practice never included taxation. I know enough, I guess, to be dangerous! TurboTax has appropriately handled my situations and makes filing, paying/obtaining refunds, and recordkeeping so much easier.

Turbo Tax entry issues

Again this year there were entry issues with number entry. I had to use Word to type a number and then copy and paste into the entry line in Turbo Tax. This was an issue last year and this year.
