probs this year, 1st time in 10yrs

1. was very slow. 2 when I went back to make additional entries or changes I had to re-enter the rest of the section. 3. somehow the TT icon appeared in a 'second' login acct on my computer and when I mistakenly opened it, it erased all my previous work and had to start over.
frustrating. but TurboTax is still the best way for me to do my taxes: to organize and review information. first time ever to have problems!

Seems you've made some improvements and I breezed through without a hitch. I do rather tire of your many "are you sure"s when it comes to wanting me to pay an exorbitant price for extra state software. In my state filling out that form is very simple and the one time I tried a trial version, it missed several things I always add, so it's pretty worthless to me. Quit nagging.
