My 2021/2022 TurboTax Experience

The TurboTax software I used was exceptionally informative and helpful, It was a very satisfying and easy-to-deal-with experience and I hope that 2023 is just as exceptional.

I am trying to find the mailing address to file by mail and your program does NOT recognize I have already printed and I cannot find the address... waisting WAY to much time looking for the address...

TERRRRIBLE

Had a wonderful help expert but I am angry with the price. I paid 40 dollars just for turbo tax and am still required to pay another 40 for my state?? I am not even sure THESE taxes are right but I am SEVERELY upset. I will make sure that going into this tax season I will warn others about this awful software and more than likely I feel like this is all wrong. I am probably filing these wrong and I did not feel like anyone was was to get ahold of and honestly want a refund this is so terrible. I have been working on BASIC FEDERAL RETURN FILING AS SINGLE it should have taken 2 and a half hours this is gawd awful and such a scam.
