Needs Work

When trying to file my return this year, it was to be honest, like pulling teeth to get to the end of it. A more open program that would allow me to talk to a PERSON not a ROBOT would be much more helpful when i am looking for important documentation to complete said taxes.

Another year, another FIT filed - easy peasy!

I've used TurboTax Basic since before the turn of the century/millennium. After being "led" by the hand a couple of times, it has become easy to just elect to review the prior year entries and update them to the year in question (I've had no change in filing status or need to add or remove forms). I was able to complete this year's filing in one day - by waiting until all the necessary reporting foms were on hand.

I have always found Turbo Tax to be easy to use. I am a senior citizen and I find that following the program allows me to complete my tax return in a reasonable amount of time with a minimum stress level.

Great software package

I have used Turbotax for many years. Easy to use and saves expense of hiring an accountant or tax attorney. Was really helpful when I sold my primary home and had to deal with tax ramifications of that.

The Product is Great but...

Once getting the program downloaded, it is a breeze to use but to get to the point of getting the download, finding where and how it is released, and getting it to transfer data, and getting it to open is a heroic task! I dread it every year. The on-line support worked well. I still cannot clear up the contact confusion.

I had to squint to see the print is so small

I had to pull out a magnifing glass to read the print is so small, and it's not ajustable. SAD
