Turbo Tax Basic Review

Pretty clean as in past years except for the reporting of the sale of stocks. Confusing as to whether or not I needed to mail in an 8453 with statements even though I was e-filing. Called TurboTax who said in my case I did not. However, in the software after e-filing returns, TurboTax reminded me to print the 8453 and mail it to the IRS.

Using full interview process means nothing gets sk

I've been using TurboTax for years, and each year the process gets easier. This year, I fully followed the Full Interview process rather than choosing which form(s) to use. Found out I was eligible for a tax credit because we installed insulation and new water heaters! Deal!

poor support, no answer to 1603 update error

problems updating program using Win10 with 1603 errors, could not fine phone number to discuss my problem with a real person. Very unhappy.
