It has wonderful features with no instructio n s on how to use them, or how to operate the controls. I can set the oven and temperature but am at a loss as to how to access anything else. Please send instructions.

Oven works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven works well. More information should be included for starting and using the oven. For some reason the control was set to demo mode and I had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes to get help with changing the setting out of demo mode. There was no help in the printed materials that came with the oven, nor any help online.

Touchscreen needs work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Whirlpool wall oven March 5, 2025. It is a touchscreen model that did not include an instruction manual. That should be standard. Often I have to touch the screen several times to get the oven working properly as I need it to do.
