this oven cooks inconsistently. temperature says it's at temperature and it's not. POJ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the simple, easy to manage control panel; all functions are performing well; very pleased with this product.
18 months from purchase and the control panel went blank after power outage. No other appliances affected.. Repair 2/3 cost of new oven and part is back ordered 6 weeks. Sadly we have ordered same model so that it will fit in the same space. Wish Whirlpool offered same size wall oven with convection baking but different control panel. This control panel never seemed to work well from the beginning, not responsive to touch and clock did not keep accurate time. Our previous Whirlpool oven was 19 years old when it stopped working. Quality of Whirlpool products certainly has declined.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1 year is how long this oven will last, it’s currently locked out and I’m going to have to pay someone to fix it. There is no kind of tech support to call and have them walk you through how to reset it. Definitely take my word for it and get a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received oven with gross stains on each rack. Contacted you and received another two racks. They were stained worst! Telecon with you suggested cleaning with warm soap water. It didn't worked. Tried SOS pads and did not worked work also. Your racks are horribly manufactured and cleaned.
My Whirlpool Wall Oven WOES5030LZ has become inoperable after a power outage yesterday. I've reset the house breaker and that has not done a thing. Changing the motherboard seems to be my only option. My Serial Number is DC4908094. Can anyone at Whirlpool assist me?

I like the idea of the all-in-one with convection and air fryer. I tried air fryer. It was a mess. I had to clean the oven. After this, I will be sure to put a drip pan down with foil.
I attempted the use of the assisted cooking feature...frozen pizza. When the timer went off, we had a cold oven and frozen pizza. Tried it 2x more and also attempted the frozen lasagna. These features aren't working. Had to put in a work order with our builder.
