Looks great and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first turned it on, smoke poured out of it for a long time! Scared me! But I guess it was the newness getting ready to operate as it hasn't done it since. Taking us all quite a bit of time to figure out and use the electronic controls but that is getting better, too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problem with opening door in midst of baking

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Oven stops working when opening the oven door. When i close the oven it asks me if I want to resume baking. When I answer resume, it starts reheating again and causes whatever I have in the oven to burn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 16 year old wall oven. Like the looks and ease of use. Didn’t realize how much I needed a new oven till this was installed. My old oven made so much noise couldn’t even hear a conversation! This one is extremely quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Control panel gone in 18 months

18 months from purchase and the control panel went blank after power outage. No other appliances affected.. Repair 2/3 cost of new oven and part is back ordered 6 weeks. Sadly we have ordered same model so that it will fit in the same space. Wish Whirlpool offered same size wall oven with convection baking but different control panel. This control panel never seemed to work well from the beginning, not responsive to touch and clock did not keep accurate time. Our previous Whirlpool oven was 19 years old when it stopped working. Quality of Whirlpool products certainly has declined.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beware buying whirlpool ovens

1 year is how long this oven will last, it’s currently locked out and I’m going to have to pay someone to fix it. There is no kind of tech support to call and have them walk you through how to reset it. Definitely take my word for it and get a different brand.
