[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worse oven ever! The clock runs 8 min fast. The touch screen is horrid and difficult to use and non responsive many times. No instructions provided. Took days to figure out how to set the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where is the care and use manual for this oven? It has wonderful features with no instructio n s on how to use them, or how to operate the controls. I can set the oven and temperature but am at a loss as to how to access anything else. Please send instructions.

power surge results in software error in control
on July 5, 2025

rain storm, lights flashed and now the oven is broken. The front panel is on a control lock loop and wont allow it to be unlocked. A oven should not break like this. replacement of the part is the only solution and that is 600+ dollars.

TERRIBLE buttons!

OK oven except... The flat buttons are TERRIBLE. Many times, I (and anyone else) have to press them 6 or so times for them to register. Tried the flat of my finger, the point of the finger... anything! Did this from day one. Had the entire panel replaced under warranty but it didn't help at all.

Works, but annoying
on August 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven several weeks ago and while it generally works as required, I’ve been very disappointed by the user interface and the touch screens. The touch response is often not responsive or accurate and the layout is not convenient or user-friendly. When I open the oven door, the touchscreen will be impacted by the steam or heat released and disrupts the remaining time and settings. I hate that the default setting is to shut off when the timer has ended rather than stay on. I always need to reset that setting every time I use the oven. It’s just not how I am used to using ovens.

Power Loss, oven inoperable

My Whirlpool Wall Oven WOES5030LZ has become inoperable after a power outage yesterday. I've reset the house breaker and that has not done a thing. Changing the motherboard seems to be my only option. My Serial Number is DC4908094. Can anyone at Whirlpool assist me?
