Worst wall oven ever!

Worst appliance ever! Brand new when we moved into our new house. Within 2 months the whole control board blew. Whirlpool sent a technician out who said we needed a new control panel. We waited 3 weeks for one to arrive. Upon installation of the new panel, we lost all convection functions and the temperature wouldn't hold. Technician was called out again and another new panel was ordered and installed. Same issue. Technician and his colleagues are out of ideas and the tech department at Whirlpool won't answer his calls. We're stuck with a wall oven that doesn't work, a technician on speed dial, and no promise this will ever get resolved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as part of appliances in our new home. We have baked pies and roasted a turkey in the oven with good results. During the pie baking we noticed the ne issue : while checking the doneness steam escape md and misted over the control panel above the door. Upon closing the oven to continue cooking the display was prompting us to verify temperature and the reset to a different temperature on its own before I could verify and screen image bounced back n forth to select cooking mode etc all within a moment / was very odd. I wiped the display / control face with a paper towel and it appeared to resolve the problem. But it happened again during the same cooking session for the pie, maybe the panel is super sensitive to hot steam/ moisture ? Otherwise it seems to work well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a brand new home, meaning a brand new oven. It won't turn off at the panel, we have to turn the oven off at the breaker. The panel turns off but the oven keeps running.

The functionality of the oven is impressive especially with the network connection availability. Our initial month usage has been great and we look forward to learning and utilizing more of the advanced functions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven was purchased new for our new home build. We bought an upgraded package specifically for the air fryer feature. It has never worked properly. Instruction manual we finally found online (which was incredibly difficult to find) only advised air fryer will beep after reaching desired temp. Never beeped and no temperature indicator to let us know when oven has reached the desired temp. After guessing the temp after 30+ minutes of pre-heat, we attempted simple French fries. Cooked for over 30 minutes, fries still soggy and oven just “warm”. After 3 visits from a repair tech (who deemed it working properly) the oven was replaced. Same issue. So either there is a software issue or there is some trick to this feature that we have no idea how to troubleshoot because the “instruction manual” is non existent
