Bought this oven in February and I am not happy at all. The porcelain finish in the oven is flaking off, down to the shiny metal. I have used it very limited the last couple months. Whirlpool’s technician states it is cosmetic and they will not cover it. I have read that this seems to be a common thing with ovens that have the hidden heating element. The bigger concern is that these flakes and particles of porcelain will get in my food while cooking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Oven, No Manual

I've never had an all electronic oven and I need a manual. I'm 78 years old and consider myself electronically challenged. I would give five stars if I could get some instructions.

Horrible. Controls don’t sense finger touch. VERY un-user friendly. Takes forever to heat up. Cooks unevenly- burned the outside of a pizza, while the cheese was barely melted. Worst oven ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great oven, but be aware if putting in a 24 inch cabinet with a back, part of the back has to be removed to make room for the electrical cable.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our new home October 28 and we have been unable to set the clock or make Anything work. Found manuals on line but not helpful. My wife asked for help from Whirlpool, but the reply was simply to refer to such and such a place in manual. Very disappointed that builder chose to install this oven.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We regret to hear that your Wall Oven is not living up to your standards. To set the time on your Wall Oven: On your controls panel, select the Tools Icon. This is on the right-hand side of the control and looks like two gears. After selecting the Tools icon, scroll down within the screen until you find "Preferences". Once you select Preferences, you will see several options. Choose "Times and Dates", scroll down, and choose "Time". Then set the correct time of day. For example, if the time is 9:03 am, you would enter 0903 and then select set. This information can also be found on page 4 in the Control Guide for your Range. For your convenience, we have included a link: https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/202306/control-guide-w11597500-revB.pdf Also, we see that the Oven is Wi-Fi enabled. If you connect the appliance to Wi-Fi, the time will automatically set. Won't heat up, Brand new

Bought this stove, hooked it up and it won't heat up. It's brand new, hasn't been installed 5 hours. Has power, links to wifi, everything working, except won't heat.
