The oven clock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new home and this oven came with it. It is similar to the oven I had at my previous home. The timing function (clock) constantly needs adjusting every time it is used. I wish I didn't have to adjust the oven clock to the microwave clock after every use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have encountered three issues (so far) with our new Whirlpool wall oven:
1. The oven frequently fails to accept our programming. We often have to set cooking parameters (method of cooking, temperature) more than once because the oven reverts to the starting screen. It can take three, four, or even more tries to get the oven to start preheating.
2. If we're baking more than one batch of cookies (or anything), the timer keeps sounding. We cannot turn off the timer without turning the entire oven off.
3. The oven clock gains at least five minutes a month, necessitating frequent resets.

Needs more features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a home baker, I wish Whirlpool has more features, like steamed baked and proofing and temperature covered between celsius to fahrenheit. I bought KitchenAid 8 years ago, already had those features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I barely use my oven and less than two years after buying, the oven suddenly displayed an hourglass and don’t unplug symbol. Nothing I did, including shutting off the circuit breaker, would reset the oven. Most likely the control panel needs to be replaced. I expect more from Whirlpool. Don’t be fooled thinking you have a sleek modern oven. It’s junk!
