Door closed while broiling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything so far. I haven’t tried every cooking method yet (airfryer or convection). My only complaints so far are: no manual except online. And in the manual, it never said that you have to leave the door “closed” when broiling. We thought the broiler was broken. Every oven I’ve ever owned (I’m 70 years old), you always were told to leave the door open a crack during broiling. Finally figured it out watching some YouTube videos on newer ovens.. Since then a lot of other people with new ovens, told us they had the same thing happen. The broiler turns off every time you open the door. Glad we figured it out before the repair came out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] hard to set the cooking times as you have to apply the exact amount of pressure to the touchpad. I had to download the app and set the cook times on the phone which is pretty inconvenient. I had a 25yr old friend try it also and he said it's not user friendly so this has nothing to do with being a Boomer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new oven!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new oven so far!!!!! The quick heat up is amazing and although I am retired and have lots of time on my hands, I find myself using that option just because it amazes me every time!!!! It seems to bake/roast at the temps I select so I don't worry about my oven being too hot or not hot enough. The touch buttons can be a bit sensitive but I am adjusting to that and being more careful when I am touching the pads. The only thing I miss is an actual paper operating booklet that usually comes with an appliance. After the power went off, I had to figure out how to reset the date and time on my oven. I was successful after a few tries but normally I'd just check an operating booklet to make sure I was doing things correctly. I love the clean look of this oven and have gotten many compliments on it. Being that I am slowly replacing my appliances from white to stainless steel, I will definitely buy Whirlpool because the steel finish that is on the appliances is so very easy to keep clean . . . . no fingerprints left on my oven after it has been touched!!!! Yay!!!! Although I will only ever use the bake and broil features, it is nice to know that convection is an option and I can air fry if I choose to have that option activated . . . . . we'll see how adventurous I will get in my old age!!!!! All in all, I would recommend this Whirlpool oven for so many reasons - this ole gal just needs an operating manual to top things of!!!!

Modern features in new wall oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. It has a shiny black finish which unfortunately shows fingerprints easily but it had to match my other appliances. Love the touch pad features. Even my husband has figured out how to use it.

I'm Upset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My oven hasn't worked since day one. Requested service with no response. Trying every way to get it to warm up. Takes an hour to reach 250 degrees F and stops there. Front handle was also dented on delivery. If I could I would give it Zero stars.

Your phone tells you the temp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super nice appliance! Connecting to the internet and app is very convenient for setting time and getting notifications on temp settings. The menus are clear and simple. This does everything we need for a great value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The timer to notify your oven is at temperature is not loud enough. Also it needs a timer on the front screen. Looks very sleek in my kitchen.
