[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lack of instructions is pathetic. It took forever to set the clock…well, find where you set it, because for some reason there isn’t a clock icon. It’s ridiculous to have only digital controls. You have to press items 5-6 times to get it to accept your choice. You need to take some lessons from Apple if you want to use digital controls! Also, the lack of an “off” button is a safety issue.. I had to search online and saw many individuals felt the same way. As a result, my first meal was cold. Overall, junk. I didn’t have a choice as this was in a new home, and now I’ll have to hope I can find a replacement that fits or buy a toaster oven..both a waste of my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are constantly working to improve our appliances and our service, and it is only through feedback from customers like you that we are able to do so. We have documented all of the concerns you have mentioned, for review by our managers and engineers. Our managers and engineers do regularly review our files, to look for areas in which we can improve our products. We know that can be disheartening; especially when you have just purchased a new and you have high expectations for it. We’re sorry that we are not meeting/delivering these expectations. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be a good product, but there was no user's manual with it, nor is there one available online.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Took a long time to arrive 3 months! Ilike it so far but haven't done too much experimenting. Would like more instruction but couldn't seem to find any on line in English.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ended up with this oven mostly because it fit our wall space. We were hoping to go higher end with a Bosch but they didn’t fit so I had low expectations of this oven. However I have been blown away with the performance of this oven especially at this price point. It heats up quickly (at least on comparison to our previous oven and love the rapid heat function) it is quite I hardly know it’s on, and it does not kick out a ton of heat - all huge issues I had with my previous kitchen aid oven. The interface can be a bit sensitive to touch but once you get the hang of it, it’s fine. So far it cooks well and the air fryer feature is fantastic, my kids love that. Again blown away with the performance at this price point, I highly recommend!
hate this oven. very UN-user friendly. Difficult to use. doesn't sense my finger touch - have to touch "BAKE" 4-5 times, e.g.
