Faulty oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our new house on July 18th, 2024. We discovered that the oven was flashing a message that wasn't listed in the manual. The oven wasn't working so we called Whirlpool to report it. Since we were leaving town shortly after the 18th they recommended that we call back to request assistance when we arrive back at our home. We call in again on September 5th to get a repair person to look at the oven. The repair company showed up on the 12th to look at the oven. At arrival, they didn't introduce themselves but ask to look at the oven. The repairman spent about a half hour working on the oven, then stated the U I board is out and it may take up to 4 weeks to get the part to fix the oven. The repairman left without leaving a card but said he would contact us, haven't heard a thing since he left. We would like the unit replaced now! Waiting for a replacement part that would take 4 weeks or may not come at all is unacceptable. We need a oven in our new home immediately. Please advise.

Failed control board

Touch is not intuitive.

Sleek and advanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying this oven so far. However, the touch screen can be a little too sensitive. Additionally, if there is any grease or oils on hands, you may have to keep touching until it detects. My worry is because it is very tech advanced, is how reliable and long the touch features will last before issues arise.

Excellent atove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased house with all appliances already installed. All whirlpool which is nice since they usually make a very good product. Stove is intelligent in design and function. Has soo many functions it's crazy, you can even operate it from your phone, connects to WIFI, Of course I didn't do either but nice to have if ever needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
