[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The replacement oven works as expected. I am trying to get used to the panel and its features. I find I am not pushing hard enough or applying too much pressure. Many times when ending the a cook cycle, I somehow hit the broiler function.

Love the look, getting familiar w/ touch screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven was installed end of November. I haven’t used all the functions yet. So far, no issues. A minor annoyance - when I place a dish towel over the handle, a slight touch “wakes up” the oven. The oven touch screen reverts back within a few seconds. My previous Whirlpool oven was installed in 2006. So, I’m use to a less “techy” oven.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our new home October 28 and we have been unable to set the clock or make
Anything work. Found manuals on line but not helpful. My wife asked for help from Whirlpool, but the reply was simply to refer to such and such a place in manual. Very disappointed that builder chose to install this oven.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. We regret to hear that your Wall Oven is not living up to your standards.
To set the time on your Wall Oven:
On your controls panel, select the Tools Icon. This is on the right-hand side of the control and looks like two gears.
After selecting the Tools icon, scroll down within the screen until you find "Preferences".
Once you select Preferences, you will see several options. Choose "Times and Dates", scroll down, and choose "Time".
Then set the correct time of day. For example, if the time is 9:03 am, you would enter 0903 and then select set.
This information can also be found on page 4 in the Control Guide for your Range. For your convenience, we have included a link: https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/202306/control-guide-w11597500-revB.pdf
Also, we see that the Oven is Wi-Fi enabled. If you connect the appliance to Wi-Fi, the time will automatically set.
If you need assistance connecting your appliance, please feel free to reach out to us directly at 1-866-333-4591 Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–6 p.m. EST. We look forward to speaking with you.

Terrible control panel and owner manual
on December 1, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven and broiler operate fine. The manual that came with it and any online guide(s) were not that useful. Still don't understand the difference between regular bake and convection bake or regular broil and convection broil. It does not have high and low broil settings like my old oven and I have no idea if broil should be 450-500-550 degrees. The control panel touch screen sucks. It is hard to read (other than large time showing when not using) and it doesn't respond well to touch. I have tried soft touch and more forceful touch and often have to try a selection 2-3 times before it responds. Every time I open the door when baking or broiling such as to turn food over, an odd screen with number pad and word 'resume' appears. No place in manuals describes why or what to do. If I hit resume sometimes it goes back to setting and temp selected and sometimes not and I have to turn off and start over. It seems that it may be actually better to control oven over wi-fi via phone app than on the appliance itself. This is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
