[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in October and did not receive an owners guide with it. I need to know how to turn it off…have only used it 2 times because what I read on line doesn’t help with the situation. It is a great looking oven and has features I would love to use if I knew how. Please send manual!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this oven so much more than I expected! Pros: The convection setting is amazing in the era of air fryers; I am so impressed. Love the quick heat feature. The oven is easy to clean and easy to operate. The size is also just perfect; each rack can fit two cookie sheets placed side-by-side. Cons: The volume on the alarm is quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed a week ago and even though the oven works fine, the instructions on use were not provided with the oven. The installer even had a difficult time understanding how to turn the double ovens off. We finally called our store and they helped us find instructions on line. I have network capability but when I tried to find instructions, the first thing that popped up was a sales pitch for ext. Warranty and cleaning supplies.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love my double oven and all the features that it offers. From the ability to turn it on and off with the app to the ability to choose what happens when the timer for cooking ends. The oven can either turn off, keep warm or continue to cook at the same heat. I would have liked to be able to control the light function so that I could indicate which oven lights up rather than both.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the dual oven all the functions, especially the air fryer functionality to make a use of dual oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the unit installed in my new house is broken. Under warranty, I called Whirlpool who referred me to a local appliance repair company that did not have availability for an appointment for one week. Then, when the tech came, he said that the control unit, cooling fans, and another part had to be replaced. It will take 7-10 days for new parts to arrive, then another appointment must be scheduled. So, we have to wait weeks to use our new oven. I find this totally unacceptable. I will not purchase another Whirlpool appliance. Quality and functionality unacceptable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Whirlpool double oven unit that was 22 years old. Bought this and the new oven has a bigger display, easy to program, and a lot more features than the old ones. We’re in the process of selling our house and the new homeowners will be very happy to have this brand new appliance and all its features. Hopefully, our next house will have one like this, or else I know where and what to get. Very happy, highly satisfied! Recommend highly!
