[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the unit about a month now. The sound for let us know when the cooking is done can barely be heard. I believe I have set the volume to maximum. Also, how do you turn off one of the units when you had been using both at the same time?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace a double oven that was in a custom cabinet - and this was the only model that would fit, so I didn't have a lot of choice. It is a good looking unit and I have to say I've been extremely happy with how it has performed and the temperature. However, it is VERY challenging to use with the touch screen and there is no on/off button. It is hard to know if you have turned the oven off. I have elderly parents who live with me and I can safely say they will never use the oven as it is too "high tech" and frustrating for them .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love both ovens…just a little hard to get into them. But still sorting out how to use them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new house. Every appliance in this house is Whirlpool, all of which have only added to the problems new homeowners face. Whirlpool used to be a decent product. The products we have in this house are not user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ovens- just having some learning issues as far as changing temps and turning off but they cook great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed and started using this oven. One big draw to this double oven was the air fryer mode/option. Turns out it’s a wifi enabled option. That would be ok except the oven will not connect to wifi. Tried a few avenues to make it work that has been unsuccessful thus far very frustrating for a brand new appliance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new oven. First time I used both at once, it shut off and it was a bit confusing on how to get both to work at the same time. I have to give it another try and see.
