[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only has functional about a week. Overall, easy to use and seems to work well. Definitely a major upgrade from the older model previously used.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brand new oven was installed on November 5 and doesn’t work. There’s an error code specifying a motherboard issue. Calling in for help is frustrating as they say they will call in 3 days but don’t. Another call made on day 4 as they didn’t call. It is now supposed to be a call back in 3 more days. I don’t have a lot of hope this will actually happen, however. And I still have no oven to use with thanksgiving in a few weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this double wall oven this summer with professional installation. Very disappointed with the overall performance. The cooking modes, Bake, Broil, Convect Bake, Convect Broil, rapid preheat, frozen bake, exclude a roasting option. The specialty functions include defrost, keep warm, proof, convect roast. However the convect roast settings exclude poultry options and include vegetables and cuts of meat which require turning if over 5.5 lbs. There are no references to roasting a turkey or chicken. Stews require doubling and tripling cooking times if they are in a deep casserole pot with oven temperatures set at 475 degrees. Unpredictable cooking results overall. The top oven is self cleaning but the bottom is not. Overall. this new oven is so disappointing that replacing it in less than 9 months seems the only solution. What a mess Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven coordinates well with the other appliances in my kitchen. The LED lighting is bright and easy to see while operating. The oven preheats well and cooks evenly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are about two weeks in and we have enjoyed our experience thus far. It is great to be connected via Bluetooth so when I am outside I get notified the timer has ended. If I had a knock, it would be the wish that we were provided a manual for how the air fry and such work instead of having to do Google searches.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart features are easy to navigate. Very short learning curve. Bakes evenly. The only draw back is the very soft oven timer which you can’t hear very well when cooking is complete.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features. I had a little difficulty figuring put WiFi installation. I eventually figured out I had to split my WiFi from 5G to 5G and 2.4 because oven operates on 2.4. It's really cool, sends alerts to my phone when the when it is preheated, etc.
