Impress when working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it two weeks ago, I was please with it. Now I have mixed reviews about the oven, because the inner glass shatter while using it. I am waiting to get it repair. This is my assessment as of now .

Too Bad

Not user friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven came with the house so I had no choice in which brand/model to choose. I don't like the display at all. I can never be sure it's off after baking because it just doesn't say it's off! The time is extremely difficult to set and we believe when we did set it, it runs fast (compared to other clocks) I would never purchase this oven again. I would prefer the ability to just set the oven to "on", set the temp, and turn it off when I'm finished baking!

Super Hot Oven Burns Food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was nice. I replaced a KitchenAid wall oven with the whirlpool and everything fits without having to do any cabinet modifications. However, the oven itself is super hot and needs to be recalibrated. The while using the top oven, the bottom oven gets hot even when not in use. I am an good cook and I’m having problems with my food burning in the oven. It is definitely Something Wrong with the temperature control. I’ve used every method in the world to save my food without good results.

Horrible appliance---do not purchase!!!!

This is the worst double oven that I have ever had and I have had several (Whirlpool and GE's) in my 40 years of marriage. From the very beginning of when we purchased our new home, a service tech had to be called. Neither oven would heat up properly (off by 70 degrees) nor could either hold a constant temperature. Two new control panels and two new sensors have been ordered to be replaced. That is not all, both ovens make a shrill whistling sound when heating up, when cooking, and while cooling down. Extremely annoying and should not be the norm!!!! I will never purchase a Whirlpool product again. I expected more from Whirlpool, but they make an inferior product. This is a defective appliance that I have to accept. Such a disappointment!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t connect to the Wi-Fi. I have 30 other devices connected to my mesh network with no issues. I also tried to register the oven with the phone number. They gave me which goes to a third-party. It took one hour. None of the information I gave the third-party to register persisted to Whirlpool’s databases. I called Whirlpool and they were able to help. Help me in 10 minutes. The whole process is a complete joke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to have my first double oven and have been a bit disappointed. The interface on the screen is awful and doesn't press or slide easily and even changed my cook time once. Also the timer sound is horrible - I burnt my food once because I just plain couldn't hear it and the notification delayed on my phone. Also this oven definitely runs hotter than most other ovens, which I can now adjust for but initially was interesting to figure out. The app is it's main saving grace, and I wish we had other options with our builder as looking through these reviews I wouldn't have chosen this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
