[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried using the oven several times. It is VERY confusing. I don't like the way the fingerprints get on the glass all the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after Thanksgiving. Seems to be working okay. I need to calibrate the oven because the are running about 25 degrees too hot. The touch pads have to be touched several times before action is activated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this oven because I was looking for the convection feature. Once I figured out the controls, I've been pleased with the performance. Turning the oven off was not intuitive.

Bad Design on the control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit 5 months and three service calls already. The control panel goes out of control when the steam from the oven hits it. It is obviously a design flaw. After having the technician come out and replace the control panel, I still do not have all the features it once had. They claim it is a software issue, but after waiting seven days the Airfry feature still does not appear on the control panel. I would not buy this oven again and I recommend that you do not either.
