It does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works but I am unhappy with the touch screen's sensitivity. I have to tap on it several times for it to work. When I called the toll-free number, I was given the run-around. I bought this item less than 6 months ago

Brand new combo oven microwave did not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this installed on July 16 th, microwave did not work always shows resume theand turn off. When touch resume Goes to turn off. Very frustrating for about a month. Later find out The problem with its door not closing. The right side plastic switch was not pressing at door closing. The dealer my appliance source finally fixed it today 8/25/25 by replacing defective parts. Lack is lack of .

Great features but microwave needs repair

Unfortunately, after 3 weeks of moving into a new house, the microwave needs repair and I have to wait over a week for service. The microwave will not work and sends a message that there is time remaining on the clock. I need to start over 3 times or more and it may work. The oven is great and everything I have made has been moist and the baked goods are golden and delicious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 star is still to much for this appliance. Not user friendly, couldn’t even get it to work. Except for the clock. Customer service people were useless to help with getting it to work and the booklets didn’t help either. Don’t buy this product.

Pause and retry won’t start
