[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lucid Engage OTC aids are a great back up for me. It took me many e mails with the Tech Dept. to finally get them to pair on my phone. I found the volume to be a little low for my type of hearing loss but I'm sure if someone is just having a slight loss these would be a great value. The Tech dept. is fantastic to work with. They get back to ASAP and continue to work with you during the whole process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the hearing aids and i am relieved. I have hearing loss and my right ear is the worst. I have a hard time hearing the tv at a normal level and conversations on the phone are difficult. I really like the hearing aids. Easy to use and comfortable. I barely realize i have them on. Very high quality and effective. My husband is happy to be able to talk to me from another room. The volume adjustment takes a minute to get just right. Love these and wear daily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hearing aids are very good for an over the counter hearing aid product. The volume control and amplification works very well. It was fairly easy to use the app. The batteries were easy to install. It would be nice to have rechargeable batteries rather than the replaceable batteries.

I am wearing these now and I must say I am surprised at the sound quality. I had no idea of the sounds I was missing. Easy to install the app to help set these up. I highly recommend these to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a bit over a month ago. I thought because they were OTC hearing aids that they'd be poor quality and wouldn't work. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This product is definitely a high quality hearing aid. I know my family has been telling me that my hearing is definitely going downhill. I absolutely love these. They're practically invisible and the only people that know I'm wearing them are people that I've told. Great, comfortable, nearly invisible. Ni would definitely recommend these to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying for over two weeks to get the Lucid hearing aids loud enough for me. I downloaded the app, and got it working. I was looking forward to being able to customize them in any situation from my own phone. I looked them up and it says for slight to moderate hearing loss.. My hearing must be much worse than I thought. I will pass these on to a family member because they are to good to not use. If you have a stronger model let me know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Engage Premium OTC Hearing Aids work fine for OTC Hearing aids. There are some draw backs. The non rechargeable batteries don't last long. They can be adjusted manually or with the app. The app must be blue tooth connected & requires some tech ability. The app's customer service phone # doesn't work, but the # in the manual does.

The problem was I evidently didn't have the right "sizer" installed and while I was outside taking care of animals, the aid fell out of my ear.
I didn't notice it until I came back in the house and my wife spoke to me. I was never able to find the one I lost.
