[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hearing aids are very good for an over the counter hearing aid product. The volume control and amplification works very well. It was fairly easy to use the app. The batteries were easy to install. It would be nice to have rechargeable batteries rather than the replaceable batteries.

Great Set of Hearing Aids

This set has everything you need to get started including batteries. They are small and discreet but get the job done. They are also comfortable to wear. Great set to have without having to go to a professional.

I am wearing these now and I must say I am surprised at the sound quality. I had no idea of the sounds I was missing. Easy to install the app to help set these up. I highly recommend these to anyone.

Compact and rechargeable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked these up because I have felt for years that certain frequencies were getting harder hear. Hearing aids can be very expensive so this was a lower cost alternative to augment my perceived hearing issues. This product has a basic hearing test included as well as an app to fine tune the device to your particular needs. It is very nice. * Word of caution though. Be VERY careful while fitting this to your ear canal. Make sure the silicone buds are in fact secured to the device. I did not and spent the evening in the local ER having the bud removed from my ear canal. This was NOT a product fault or flaw. This was completely my fault. This is a great product despite my shortcomings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these, at first until you get used to them it will sound tinny, but I can hear frequencies I haven't heard in a long time. They are small and can't see them. I would recommend these most definitely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a bit over a month ago. I thought because they were OTC hearing aids that they'd be poor quality and wouldn't work. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This product is definitely a high quality hearing aid. I know my family has been telling me that my hearing is definitely going downhill. I absolutely love these. They're practically invisible and the only people that know I'm wearing them are people that I've told. Great, comfortable, nearly invisible. Ni would definitely recommend these to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying for over two weeks to get the Lucid hearing aids loud enough for me. I downloaded the app, and got it working. I was looking forward to being able to customize them in any situation from my own phone. I looked them up and it says for slight to moderate hearing loss.. My hearing must be much worse than I thought. I will pass these on to a family member because they are to good to not use. If you have a stronger model let me know.

Works Fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Engage Premium OTC Hearing Aids work fine for OTC Hearing aids. There are some draw backs. The non rechargeable batteries don't last long. They can be adjusted manually or with the app. The app must be blue tooth connected & requires some tech ability. The app's customer service phone # doesn't work, but the # in the manual does.
