Hard to instal, sits too hight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not so easy to install, the hardware that comes with the hood is too long and flimsy it's a nightmare to use it. The hoot sits too hight it shows too much undercarriage. Good lighting.

If the hood is mounted higher than desired and the undercarriage is visible, we recommend using the compatible Hood Extension Kit, model NK-AE7000W/AA*, which may help achieve a better fit and finish.

Perfect, other than color temperature of the light

This thing looks great, plays nice with my other Samsung Bespoke appliances, is quiet and powerful, and works flawlessly. However, the bright white (blue) light is not attractive. My previous hood's light was always on as my nightlight, but this color temperature is too harsh on the eyes. Perhaps they should give their customers some sort of plastic film to soften the light.
